Counselling Sessions

I offer short-term and long-term counselling within my private practice in Wymondham; Sessions can be face to face or online via video call. The length of counselling is individual to you and your needs, and this is something we can discuss during your initial assessment. We will also have reviews throughout your time in counselling; during this, we can discuss any changes there may be around this.

I recommend an initial assessment/appointment for all prospective clients; This allows us to discuss any questions you may have; It is also for you to see and feel whether I am suitable for you as your counsellor and for me to understand your needs and ensure I can meet and support them. You are not obligated to start counselling with me after an assessment, I also want to highlight that you can choose to stop counselling at any point.
